Clear Intelligence for Consultancy and Development, S.C. (hereinafter "Clear Intelligence" or the "Controller"), with domicile at Anillo Perif. Blvd. Adolfo López Mateos 4293, 3rd Floor, Suite 300, Col. Jardines en la Montaña, Tlalpan, 14210, Mexico City, Mexico, is responsible for the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) published on March 20, 2025 in the Official Gazette of the Federation, its Regulations, and the Privacy Notice Guidelines.

  • Phone number

Professional data:

  • Job title or position
  • Service of interest

Browsing data (collected automatically):

  • IP address
  • Browser type and operating system
  • Pages visited within our site
  • Time spent on the site
  • Aggregate usage statistics collected by our own analytics service (Umami), without cookies

Clear Intelligence does NOT collect sensitive personal data (such as health data, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, union membership, political opinions, sexual preference, or biometric data).

III. Purposes of data processing

Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

Necessary purposes (do not require additional consent):

  1. Responding to your requests for information, quotes, or contact.
  2. Providing the Identity & Access Management consulting services you have engaged.
  3. Complying with legal, tax, and contractual obligations derived from the business relationship.
  4. Maintaining communication related to the services requested or contracted.

Purposes that require your consent:

  1. Sending you commercial, promotional, or marketing communications about our services.
  2. Inviting you to events, seminars, or webinars organized by Clear Intelligence.
  3. Conducting internal statistics and analysis on the use of our website to improve our services.

If you do not wish your personal data to be processed for the purposes indicated in items 5, 6, and 7, you may communicate this by sending an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Limitation of purposes." Refusal to authorize the processing of your data for these purposes will not be a reason to deny you the services you request or contract with us.

IV. Mechanisms to exercise ARCO Rights

  4. In the case of a rectification request, indicate the modifications to be made and provide supporting documentation.
  5. Preferred medium for receiving the response to your request.
  6. Copy of a valid official identification (INE/IFE, passport, or professional license).

Clear Intelligence will respond to your request within a maximum period of 20 business days from the date the complete request is received. The response will be communicated through the medium you indicated. If the request is approved, it will be executed within the 15 business days following the date the response is communicated.

V. Mechanism to revoke consent

At any time, you may revoke the consent you have given for the processing of your personal data, provided that no legal provision prevents it. To do so, you must send your request to [email protected] with the subject line "Revocation of consent," following the same procedure described for exercising ARCO Rights.

VI. Options and means to limit the use or disclosure of personal data

In addition to the ARCO Rights procedure, you may limit the use or disclosure of your personal data through:

  • Direct request: By sending an email to [email protected] indicating which data and for which purposes you wish to limit processing.
  • Cookies and tracking technologies: You can configure your browser to reject all cookies or to alert you when a cookie is sent.   • Analytics: Our analytics service (Umami) sets no cookies and builds no cross-site profile, so there is no opt-out add-on to install. You can block it with any content blocker, or by blocking requests to analytics.siinco.com.mx.

VII. Use of cookies and tracking technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for:

  • Functional cookies: To remember your language preference (Spanish/English).
  • Analytics (no cookies): We use Umami, an analytics service hosted on our own infrastructure, to collect anonymous aggregate statistics about site usage — pages visited, time spent, traffic source, and browsing behavior. It stores no cookies on your device and does not track you across other websites. The data is not shared with any third-party analytics provider.

These technologies do not directly collect identifiable personal data. The information collected is used exclusively to improve the user experience and website functionality.

If Clear Intelligence makes additional transfers beyond those mentioned, the data subject will be informed in a timely manner and consent will be requested in accordance with the law.

Clear Intelligence implements administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, unauthorized use, access, or processing. These measures include:

  • Encryption of communications (HTTPS/TLS).
  • Access controls for systems containing personal data.
  • Internal policies for handling confidential information.
  • Staff training on data protection matters.
